The invention relates to a special-shaped combined truss structure suitable for a limited space, a truss structure unit is formed by welding an upper chord member, a lower chord member, a vertical web member and an inclined web member, and a plurality of truss structure units are assembled into the complete special-shaped combined truss structure. The multiple special-shaped bailey beams are matched with the transverse linkage system to form an integral supporting platform, and the building height of a temporary support platform formed by connecting the supporting platform with a lower supporting structure is effectively reduced. Due to the fact that the cross section size of the midspan chord member and the fulcrum vertical web member which play a role in controlling the bearing capacity of the special-shaped bailey beam is not changed compared with that of a standard bailey beam, the stress performance of the whole support platform cannot be reduced due to the fact that the special-shaped combined truss structure is used. The truss structure is matched with conventional bailey pieces for construction, and the problem of erecting a bailey beam temporary bridge under the height limiting condition can be solved on the premise that the bearing capacity is basically not reduced.
本发明涉及一种适用于受限空间的异型组合式桁架结构,由上弦杆、下弦杆、竖腹杆以及斜腹杆焊接而成一个桁架结构单元,多个桁架结构单元组装成完整的异型组合式桁架结构。多片异型贝雷梁配合横向联结系进而形成整体的支撑平台,将其与下部支撑结构相连所形成的临时支架平台的建筑高度得到有效降低。由于对异型贝雷梁承载能力起控制作用的跨中弦杆以及支点竖腹杆的截面尺寸相较于标准型贝雷梁并未改变,整体支架平台的受力性能不会因为使用了异型组合式桁架结构而降低。该桁架结构配合常规贝雷片施工,可在基本不降低承载力的前提下解决限高条件下贝雷梁便桥的搭设问题。
