Pile foundation reinforcement cage main reinforcement positioning device and using method thereof
The invention discloses a use method of a pile foundation reinforcement cage main reinforcement positioning device, which comprises the following steps: 1) manufacturing of the positioning device: short steel pipes I and connectors are alternately welded at lofting and positioning positions on a circular steel plate, and the short steel pipes I and the connectors are ensured to be perpendicular to the surface of the circular steel plate; (2) using the positioning device, namely, placing the reinforcing steel bars on a reinforcing cage manufacturing bracket, namely aligning and jacking the reinforcing steel bars and short steel pipes I or II on the positioning device from a main reinforcement at the bottom of the reinforcing cage, then placing the reinforcing steel bars on the reinforcing cage manufacturing bracket, welding a stiffening hoop and the reinforcing steel bars, and then repeating the operation until the reinforcing steel bars and the short steel pipes I or II are aligned and jacked; and other steel bars serving as main steel bars of the steel reinforcement cage are sequentially welded. Thirdly, the pile foundation reinforcement cages are in butt joint, different main reinforcement butt joint modes are mainly adopted according to the construction requirements, and different connection modes are selected. In the construction process, different connection requirements are met through the different butt joint modes of the A-type main reinforcements and the B-type main reinforcements.
本发明公开了一种桩基钢筋笼主筋定位装置的使用方法,包括如下步骤:一)、定位装置的制作,主要为在圆形钢板上放样定位处交替地焊接短钢管Ⅰ和连接器,并保证短钢管Ⅰ和连接器都与圆形钢板表面垂直。二)、定位装置的使用,主要为将所述钢筋放置在钢筋笼制作支架上:从钢筋笼底部的主筋开始,将所述钢筋与定位装置上的短钢管Ⅰ或Ⅱ对准顶紧后、放置在钢筋笼制作支架上,接着焊接加劲箍与所述钢筋,之后重复前述操作,依次焊接其它作为钢筋笼主筋的钢筋。三)、桩基钢筋笼的对接,主要为按施工要求,采用不同主筋对接方式,选用不同连接方式。本发明在施工中,通过A类主筋和B类主筋的不同对接方式,以适配不同的连接要求。
