Island-basin combined earth excavation construction method
An island-basin combined type earth excavation construction method comprises the following specific steps that firstly, according to the earth excavation area and depth and the enclosure structure distribution form, earth is divided into a plurality of island type excavation layers and a plurality of basin type excavation layers which are sequentially and alternately arranged in the vertical direction of a foundation pit, the first layer is the island type excavation layer, and the last layer is the basin type excavation layer; secondly, the island type excavation layer is divided into island-outside earthwork connected with the enclosure structure and island area earthwork connected with the island-outside earthwork, the first layer of island-outside earthwork is excavated till the bottom of the island-outside earthwork is provided with a first supporting beam cushion layer bottom elevation, a first supporting beam is constructed, and the island area earthwork is excavated synchronously; compared with the prior art, the island-basin combined type earth alternate excavation method is adopted, excavation interfaces and excavation nodes are reasonably planned, excavation modes, excavation areas and unearthing roads are continuously and alternately changed, the whole foundation pit earth excavation operation is continuous, and then the purpose of accelerating earth excavation is achieved.
一种岛盆结合式土方开挖施工方法,包括具体以下步骤:步骤一、根据土方开挖面积、深度以及围护结构分布形式,沿基坑竖向方向将土方分为依次交替布设的若干岛式开挖层和若干盆式开挖层,首层为岛式开挖层,末层为盆式开挖层;步骤二、将岛式开挖层划分为与围护结构相连的岛外土方和与岛外土方相连的岛区土方,开挖首层岛外土方至岛外土方底部设定首道支撑梁垫层底标高,施工首道支撑梁,并同步开挖岛区土方;与现有技术相比,通过采用岛盆结合式土方交替开挖方法,合理规划开挖界面、开挖节点,不断交替变换开挖方式、开挖区域与出土道路,分区分层、对称平衡的开挖,使得整个基坑土方开挖作业具有连续性,进而达到加快土方开挖的目的。
