The invention relates to a vibration isolation raft foundation, a construction mold and a construction method. The vibration isolation raft foundation comprises an upper-layer raft structure, a lower-layer raft structure, a connecting structure and vibration isolation structures arranged between the upper-layer raft structure and the lower-layer raft structure and between the lower-layer raft structure and the connecting structure. A mounting groove for mounting the connecting structure is formed in the lower raft plate structure; the lower end of the connecting structure is arranged in the mounting groove, and the upper end of the connecting structure is connected with the upper raft plate structure into a whole; the vibration isolation structures are arranged between the connecting structures and the portions, making contact with the side walls and the bottoms of the mounting grooves, of the connecting structures. According to the vibration isolation raft foundation, the upper-layer raft structure and the lower-layer raft structure can be connected together, so that the risk that an upper-layer building is overturned under horizontal vibration is prevented, and the overturning resistance is improved; meanwhile, on the basis, the vibration isolation raft foundation can isolate vertical vibration of the environment.
