The invention discloses a flexible underground anti-floating structure capable of resisting underground water buoyancy and a construction method thereof. The underground anti-floating structure comprises an anti-floating anchor rod connected with a basement bottom plate and a pressure relief structure arranged on the bottom side of the basement bottom plate. When the underground anti-floating water level is higher than the designed underground water level of the building basement, the pressure relief structure is started, and pressure relief and drainage of underground water are completed. According to the underground anti-floating structure, rigid anti-floating of the basement bottom plate is achieved through the anti-floating anchor rods connected with the basement bottom plate, the underground water level is lowered through underground water pressure relief and drainage of the pressure relief structure under the preset condition, and flexible anti-floating of the basement bottom plate is achieved. Therefore, the anti-floating problem of the basement bottom plate is solved in a rigid and soft combined mode. Meanwhile, water for fire fighting and greening is realized by utilizing underground water resources.
本发明公开了一种柔性抵抗地下水浮力的地下抗浮构造及其施工方法,所述地下抗浮构造包括于地下室底板相连的抗浮锚杆,以及设置于地下室底板底侧的泄压结构;当地下抗浮水位高于建筑地下室设计地下水位高度时,启动泄压结构,完成地下水的泄压外排。本发明地下抗浮构造通过与地下室底板相连的抗浮锚杆,实现了地下室底板的刚性抗浮,通过泄压结构在预设条件下的地下水泄压外排,降低了地下水位,实现了地下室底板的柔性抗浮。从而,通过刚柔并济的方式,解决了地下室底板抗浮难题。同时利用了地下水资源实现了消防和绿化用水。
