The invention discloses a collapsible loess foundation bottom-to-top on-site water immersion test device and method.The device comprises a water immersion exploratory well and an on-site water immersion test structure, the on-site water immersion test structure comprises a water immersion pipeline mechanism and a radiation pipeline mechanism, and the radiation pipeline mechanism comprises multiple sets of radiation pipeline components; each radiation pipeline unit comprises a plurality of radiation pipes which are obliquely arranged downwards, and a plurality of water soaking holes which are formed in the length direction of the radiation pipes are formed in the bottoms of the radiation pipes; the soaking pipeline mechanism comprises a plurality of groups of soaking pipes arranged along the inner side wall of the soaking exploratory well; the method comprises the following steps: 1, excavating a soaking test pit and forming a soaking exploratory well; 2, installing a radiation pipeline mechanism; 3, mounting a soaking pipeline mechanism; 4, backfilling the immersed exploratory well and installing a water level monitoring pipe; 5, mounting a monitoring structure; and 6, carrying out on-site water immersion test on the collapsible loess foundation from bottom to top. The underground water level lifting working condition is simulated through water immersion from bottom to top, and the collapsibility type and the collapsibility coefficient can be judged conveniently.
