The adjustable mounting structure comprises a frame seat fixedly mounted on a building and a window sash arranged in the frame seat, an annular air cavity is formed in the frame seat, a plurality of limiting grooves are connected to the side, facing the interior of the frame seat, of the air cavity, and a piston block slides in each limiting groove; a wedge nail strip is installed in the center of the piston block in a sliding mode, opposite tenon strips are arranged on the two sides of the wedge nail strip respectively, the tenon strips are installed in the piston block in a sliding mode through limiting springs, and the two tenon strips and the wedge nail strip are combined to form a wedge nail tenon. The whole mounting process only needs to continuously inject air into the air cavity by a worker, the mounting efficiency is greatly improved, the mounting can be completed by one independent person, the use of labor force is reduced, the whole dismounting process only needs to rotate, the use is convenient and fast, and the structural stability between the window sash and the frame seat is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种排烟天窗用调节式安装结构,包括固定安装在建筑上的框架座以及设置在框架座内部的窗扇,框架座内部设有环形的气腔,气腔朝向框架座内部一侧连接有若干个限制槽,每个限制槽内部皆滑动有活塞块,活塞块中心滑动安装有楔钉条,楔钉条两侧分别设有相对的榫条,榫条通过限制弹簧滑动安装在活塞块内部,两个榫条和楔钉条组合构成楔钉榫。本发明整个安装过程只需要工作人员不断向气腔注气即可,极大的提高了安装效率,并且独立一人即可完成,降低了劳动力的使用,整个拆分过程仅仅只需要转动,使用便捷,并且极大的提高了窗扇和框架座之间的结构稳定性。
