The invention discloses a screw transmission mechanism and an industrial lifting door. A thread groove of a screw of the screw transmission mechanism forms a guide rail. A protruding part is arranged on the moving piece in the axial direction of the screw. The convex parts are respectively embedded into the guide rails and are meshed with the guide rails; the screw rotates in the circumferential direction, and the moving piece is pushed by the guide rail to move in the axial direction of the screw. The upper end of a door curtain of the industrial lifting door is driven by a driving roller to be folded and unfolded, the side edge of the door curtain is provided with a screw rod with the same height as the door curtain, the edge of the door curtain is provided with a protruding part, and the protruding part and the screw rod form the screw rod transmission mechanism. When the driving roller drives the door curtain to retract and release, the screw rotates simultaneously and pushes the edge of the door curtain to lift synchronously through the guide rail. The device has the characteristics of effective falling prevention, smooth transmission, low noise, good reliability and the like.
