Interstage temperature control system and method for supercritical CO2 compressor
The invention discloses a supercritical CO2 compressor interstage temperature control system and method.The system comprises a pipeline, a cooling system and a medium temperature monitoring feedback system, an inlet pipeline and an outlet pipeline are both communicated to the cooling system, and a bypass pipeline is connected with the inlet pipeline and the outlet pipeline through a temperature control electric three-way valve; the temperature control electric three-way valve is further connected with a branch backflow pipeline, high-temperature supercritical CO2 flows back to the upper stage through the branch backflow pipeline, the high-temperature supercritical CO2 enters the cooling system through the inlet pipeline to be cooled and then flows out of the outlet pipeline, and the medium temperature monitoring feedback system is arranged on the outlet pipeline and used for monitoring the outlet temperature. The medium temperature monitoring feedback system is further connected to the cooling system and the temperature control electric three-way valve and used for regulating and controlling the cooling temperature of the cooling system and different outlet selections and outlet opening degrees of the temperature control electric three-way valve. Supercritical CO2 temperature regulation under the normal working condition can be achieved, and meanwhile self-control regulation recovery under the unit alarm state caused when the medium temperature deviates from the normal set value can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种超临界CO2压缩机级间温控系统及方法,系统包括管路、冷却系统和介质温度监测反馈系统,入口管路和出口管路均连通至冷却系统,旁通管路通过温控电动三通阀分别连接入口管路和出口管路,温控电动三通阀还连接分支回流管路,分支回流管路回流至上一级,高温超临界CO2压缩后经入口管路进入冷却系统冷却后从出口管路流出,介质温度监测反馈系统设置于出口管路上用于监测出口温度,介质温度监测反馈系统还连接至冷却系统和温控电动三通阀,用于调控冷却系统的冷却温度及温控电动三通阀的不同出口选择及出口开度。本发明可实现正常工况条件下的超临界CO2温度调节,同时可实现介质温度偏离正常设定值时导致机组报警状态下的自控调节恢复。
