Tunnel corrosion-resistant concrete and method for determining mix proportion thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete formula determination, and particularly relates to tunnel corrosion-resistant concrete and a method for determining the mix proportion of the tunnel corrosion-resistant concrete. The determination method comprises the following steps: determining the type of the preservative based on corrosive ions in underground water of a tunnel face and the concentration thereof; based on an accelerated corrosion test method and the formula and preparation strength of the concrete, obtaining a function relationship among the compressive strength of the corrosion-resistant concrete, the mixing amount of a preservative and the concentration of anti-corrosion ions; and obtaining the mixing amount of the preservative based on the function relationship between the compressive strength of the corrosion-resistant concrete, the mixing amount of the preservative and the concentration of the corrosion-resistant ions, the configuration strength of the concrete and the concentration of the corrosion-resistant ions in underground water of the tunnel face. According to different concentrations of corrosive ions in underground water of different tunnel supporting surfaces, the types and mixing amounts of the preservatives giving consideration to the anti-corrosion effect, the production cost and environmental protection are determined, and different corrosion-resistant concrete mix proportions are determined according to different tunnels.
