The invention belongs to the technical field of asphalt pavement maintenance materials, and relates to a reinforced waste aggregate-doped wear-resistant noise-reduction micro-surfacing mixture and a preparation method thereof. The modified steel slag concrete is prepared from 46-72 parts of modified steel slag aggregate, 34-45 parts of finely treated mineral aggregate, 1-5 parts of a regenerant, 1-3 parts of rubber, 0.1-0.3 part of polypropylene fiber, 8-12 parts of SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) modified emulsified asphalt or SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) modified emulsified asphalt, 6-9 parts of water and 1-3 parts of cement. The modified steel slag aggregate is formed by carrying out aging treatment on 43-65 parts of steel slag and then spraying 3-7 parts of polysiloxane hydrophobic coating; the finely treated mineral aggregate is aggregate which is separated from the waste asphalt mixture and has the firmness of not more than 12% and the stone crushing value of not more than 26%. According to the invention, the wear resistance and the skid resistance of the micro-surfacing can be improved, and the water absorption and the asphalt doping amount of the micro-surfacing can be reduced while the aging treatment time is shortened, so that the cost of the micro-surfacing is reduced.
