The invention discloses a method for preparing a grouting material by recycling waste stone leftover materials, and relates to the technical field of building materials. When the grouting material is prepared, a dopamine coating is grafted on the surface of the basalt fiber, then an Si-ATRP initiator is constructed on the surface of the coating, ethyl acrylate monomers are initiated to polymerize under the catalysis of cuprous bromide, the surface of the basalt fiber is subjected to modification treatment, and an interface enhancement effect is obtained, namely, the wettability of a composite cementing material to the fiber is improved; meanwhile, the binding force of the composite cementing material is also enhanced; and uniformly mixing the composite cementing material, the modified basalt fiber, the mineral admixture, the additive and the recycled fine aggregate to obtain the grouting material. The grouting material prepared by recycling the waste stone leftover materials is convenient to construct and has higher compressive strength.
本发明公开了一种废旧石材边角废料回收利用制备灌浆料的方法,涉及建筑材料技术领域。本发明在制备灌浆料时,先在玄武岩纤维表面接枝多巴胺涂层,再在涂层表面构建Si‑ATRP引发剂,再在溴化亚铜催化下引发乙基丙烯酸酯单体聚合,对玄武岩纤维表面进行改性处理,获得一种界面增强效果,即增加复合胶凝材料对纤维的浸润性,同时也增强了复合胶凝材料的结合力;将复合胶凝材料、改性玄武岩纤维、矿物掺合料、外加剂和再生细骨料混合均匀,制得灌浆料。本发明所述的废弃石材边角料回收利用所制备的灌浆料方便施工并有较高的抗压强度。
