The invention discloses super-long-time slump retaining concrete which comprises a cementing material system, a lightweight aggregate system, a composite additive system and water, each cubic meter of the concrete comprises the following components by weight: 400-450 kg of a cementing material system, 1200-1400 kg of a lightweight aggregate system and 200-220 kg of water, and the mixing amount of the composite admixture system is 2.0-3.0% of the mass of the cementing material system; wherein the cementing material system takes ardealite, cement, mineral powder, glass beads and silica fume as main raw materials; the composite admixture system takes a phosphate group modified delayed coagulation type polycarboxylate superplasticizer, a water retention and thickening component, an alkali excitation component, an air entraining agent and water as main raw materials. The setting time of the concrete can reach 100-120 h, good workability of a mixture can still be kept after 72 h, it can be effectively guaranteed that processes such as synchronous cutting and pouring of a concrete continuous wall can be achieved, and the concrete is suitable for application and popularization.
本发明公开了一种超长时保坍混凝土,它包括胶凝材料体系、轻质骨料体系、复合外加剂体系和水;每立方米混凝土中各组分及其用量包括:胶凝材料体系400‑450kg,轻质骨料体系1200‑1400kg,水200‑220kg,复合外加剂体系的掺量为胶凝材料体系质量的2.0‑3.0%;其中,胶凝材料体系以磷石膏、水泥、矿粉、玻璃微珠、微硅粉为主要原料;复合外加剂体系以磷酸基团改性缓凝型聚羧酸减水剂、保水增稠组分、碱激发组分、引气剂和水为主要原料。本发明所述混凝土的凝结时间可达100‑120h,且在72h后仍可保持拌合物良好的和易性,可有效保证同步切割浇筑混凝土连续墙等工艺的实现,适合推广应用。
