Preparation method and application of modified porous ceramic-based wave-transmitting material
The invention relates to a modified porous ceramic-based wave-transmitting material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the method, a porous ceramic-based wave-transmitting material is used as a substrate material, then the substrate material is impregnated with a composite impregnation liquid, and then subsequent treatment is performed, so that the material with better ablation resistance is finally obtained. According to the composite impregnation liquid, polysilazane is used as a basic liquid, and a plurality of fillers and reagents are added and treated to obtain the composite impregnation liquid. The substrate material is impregnated and post-treated by adopting the composite impregnation liquid, so that the ablation resistance of the substrate material is improved. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the ceramic-based wave-transmitting material with excellent ablation resistance can be obtained at lower cost, and the performance, especially the ablation resistance, of the composite material can be effectively improved while the wave-transmitting performance of the substrate material is not influenced.
本发明涉及一种改性的多孔陶瓷基透波材料及其制备方法和应用。所述方法是以多孔陶瓷基透波材料为基底材料,然后浸渍复合浸渍液,再进行后续处理,最终得到具有更好的抗烧蚀性能的材料。本发明中复合浸渍液以聚硅氮氧烷为基础液体,加入多种填料及试剂并进行处理得到复合浸渍液。采用复合浸渍液对基底材料进行浸渍及后处理,使得基底材料的抗烧蚀性能得到改善。本发明方法可以在较低的成本下得到具有优异的抗烧蚀性能的陶瓷基透波材料,可以在不影响基底材料的透波性能的同时,有效地提高复合材料的性能尤其是抗烧蚀性能。
