The asphalt stirring device for road construction comprises a stirring barrel with an opening in the upper end, a motor is installed on the stirring barrel through a supporting assembly, a rotating shaft is fixedly installed at the driving end of the motor, and the lower end of the rotating shaft is rotationally installed on the inner bottom wall of the stirring barrel. The device has the advantages that the rotating shaft rotates to drive the cover cylinder, the stirring shaft and the stirring rod to achieve primary horizontal stirring on asphalt, meanwhile, the rack capable of reciprocating under magnetic force is arranged to enable the stirring shaft and the stirring rod to achieve forward and reverse rotation, and therefore the stirring effect in the vertical direction is further exerted on the asphalt; meanwhile, by means of the lifting disc capable of reciprocating in the vertical direction relative to the cover cylinder, asphalt outside the cover cylinder can be continuously sucked and extruded out, flowing of the asphalt is achieved, and meanwhile due to the fact that the cover cylinder is in the rotating state, asphalt stirring is better through suction and extrusion.
本发明公开了一种道路施工用沥青搅拌装置，包括上端开口设置的搅拌筒，所述搅拌筒上通过支撑组件安装有电机，且电机的驱动端固定安装有转轴，且转轴的下端转动安装在搅拌筒的内底壁上。优点在于：利用转轴转动带动罩筒、搅拌轴、搅拌杆对沥青实现一个初步的水平搅拌，同时设置可在磁力下发生往复移动的齿条可使得搅拌轴和搅拌杆实现正反转动，从而进一步对沥青施加一个竖直方向上的搅拌效果；同时通过相对罩筒可在竖直方向上进行往复移动的升降盘，使得罩筒外的沥青可不断的吸入、挤出，实现沥青的流动，同时由于罩筒也是处于转动状态，从而使得该吸入以及挤出所使得沥青搅拌更佳。
