The invention discloses a bridge outer side concrete anti-collision guardrail construction method which comprises the following construction steps that S1, after a guardrail inner side steel formwork is fixed, a guardrail outer side steel formwork is installed; s2, the top end of a finish-rolled threaded steel bar on the outer side steel formwork penetrates through a reserved hole of the second channel steel, and a finish-rolled threaded steel nut and a gasket are installed on the exposed part; s3, counter-drawing lead screws are arranged at the bottom and the top of the guardrail steel formwork for connection; and S4, after all the guardrail steel formworks of one construction section are installed, steel pipes penetrate through the semicircular steel bars welded to the second channel steel, and the adjacent guardrail steel formworks are connected into a whole. The device is practical and convenient, the height of the outer side steel formwork can be adjusted, and the safety during disassembly can be guaranteed.
