Construction method for embedding oversized-diameter cast-in-place pile casing in offshore inclined bare rock
The invention relates to an offshore inclined bare rock super-large-diameter cast-in-place pile casing embedding construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, lowering a casing to a seabed inclined bare rock, and temporarily fixing the casing; s2, the inclined bare rock is drilled in an array occlusion mode in the circumferential direction of the pile casing, and the high-position inclined rock hindering sinking of the pile casing is trimmed; s3, impacting to enable the pile casing to sink; and S4, the step S2 and the step S3 are repeated layer by layer according to the height of the inclined rock surface, the blocked inclined bare rock at the bottom of the pile casing is removed layer by layer, and the pile casing sinks by one layer when one layer is trimmed until the inclined rock surface at the bottom of the pile casing is completely trimmed and the pile casing lands flatly. The problem that the oversized-diameter cast-in-place pile casing is difficult to embed in the offshore inclined bare rock is effectively solved, and the perpendicularity of the casing and the subsequent drilling construction quality are guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种海上倾斜裸岩超大直径灌注桩护筒埋设施工方法,其包括如下步骤:S1、下放护筒至海底的倾斜裸岩,并进行临时固定;S2、沿护筒的周向阵列咬合钻进所述倾斜裸岩,对阻碍所述护筒沉入的高位斜岩进行修整;S3、冲击使所述护筒下沉;S4,按照倾斜岩面高度逐层重复步骤S2和S3,将护筒底部受阻倾斜裸岩逐层清除,每修整一层,所述护筒随之下沉一层,直至所述护筒底部的倾斜岩面全部修平,所述护筒着落平坦,与现有技术相比,采用该方法护筒埋设高效便捷、成本经济,有效解决了海上倾斜裸岩超大直径灌注桩护筒埋设难题,保证护筒垂直度和后续钻孔施工质量。
