The invention relates to a water and soil conservation side slope structure which comprises a side slope base body and a plurality of water and soil conservation mechanisms arranged on the slope surface of the side slope base body, each water and soil conservation mechanism comprises an insertion plate, a front baffle, a cultivation plate and a rear baffle, the insertion plates are vertically inserted into the side slope base body, the front baffles and the insertion plates form an L-shaped structure, and the cultivation plates are arranged on the front baffles. The cultivation plate is tightly attached to the slope surface of the side slope base body, the rear baffle and the cultivation plate form an L-shaped structure, a plurality of through holes are formed in the cultivation plate, vegetation is planted on the cultivation plate, and root systems of the vegetation penetrate through the through holes to be inserted into the side slope base body. According to the water and soil conservation slope structure, water and soil loss can be effectively prevented, and meanwhile high stability and durability are achieved.
