The invention relates to the technical field of water pumping and drainage, and discloses a movable efficient water pumping and drainage device which comprises an adapter, a square pipe communicating with the pipeline end of the adapter, a driving part arranged at the upper end of the corner of the square pipe, a telescopic part communicating with the other end of the square pipe and a hard pipe communicating with the bottom of the telescopic part. The drainage mechanism comprises an adjusting component, a supporting frame arranged at the output end of the adjusting component and a water suction pump fixedly installed on the surface of the supporting frame. The water pumping state in the square pipe is monitored through the floating block, the conduction assembly is triggered through the floating assembly, the segmented output assembly is driven through the conduction assembly, finally, the corrugated pipe is stretched in a segmented mode through the stroke amplification assembly, and the lower end of the hard pipe can be located on the upper layer of the accumulated water level all the time along with water level decline; the throughput of sludge is reduced, the phenomenon that the pump idles for a long time due to water level reduction can be avoided, the drainage efficiency is improved, and the service life of the pump is guaranteed.
