Foamed aluminum/polyurethane vibration reduction pile foundation structure for subway tunnel
The invention provides a foamed aluminum/polyurethane vibration reduction pile foundation structure of a subway tunnel. The structure is used for vibration reduction of a large-diameter steel pipe pile foundation of a high-rise building adjacent to the subway tunnel. The subway tunnel is located in the middle of the pile group or on the outer side of the pile foundation, and when the tunnel is located in the middle of the pile group, the net distance between the pile foundation and the edge of the tunnel is not smaller than 0.5 time of the outer diameter of the tunnel. When the tunnel is located on the side face of the pile foundation, the net distance between the pile foundation and the edge of the tunnel is not smaller than 0.25 times of the outer diameter of the tunnel. The tips of the pile foundations must go deep into the bottom of the tunnel by at least 6 meters. The structure is arranged on the outer surface of a steel pipe pile foundation and located at the pile foundation part above the bottom of a tunnel, when external force acts on the structure, small slippage can be generated between polyurethane and foamed aluminum, and therefore more energy is consumed and converted into heat energy, and the damping characteristic of a composite material is improved. Multi-direction vibration caused by rail transit is subjected to vibration reduction and noise reduction, and the negative influence of subway vibration on life of people in a building is reduced.
本发明提供一种地铁隧道的泡沫铝/聚氨酯减振桩基结构,该结构用于邻近地铁隧道高层建筑的大直径钢管桩基础减振。地铁隧道位于群桩的中间位置或者桩基的外侧,当隧道位于群桩中间时,桩基距离隧道边缘的净距离不应小于隧道外径的0.5倍;当隧道位于桩基侧面时,桩基距离隧道边缘的净距离不应小于隧道外径的0.25倍。桩基的尖端必须深入隧道底部至少6米。该结构设置在钢管桩基础的外表面,位于隧道底部以上的桩基部分,当外力作用于此结构时,聚氨酯与泡沫铝之间会产生小的滑移,从而消耗更多的能量并将其转化为热能,增加复合材料的阻尼特性。本发明对轨道交通引起的多方向振动进行减振降噪,减少地铁振动对建筑内人员生活的负面影响。
