The sand blocking plate is installed at the top of the base, a hollow retarding cavity is formed in the sand blocking plate, and a plurality of ventilation holes which communicate with the retarding cavity and penetrate through the sand blocking plate are formed in the surface of the sand blocking plate; the retarding assembly is installed in the retarding cavity and used for passing through at a slow speed; and a receiving groove which communicates with the mounting cavity to receive the slowly settled sand grains is formed in the base. The sand blocking plate has the advantages that the occurrence possibility of inclination and collapse of the sand blocking plate is reduced, and the stability of the sand blocking plate is improved.
