The invention relates to a lead layer-changing power transmission line tower, which belongs to the technical field of power transmission line towers and comprises a vertical rod, a lead I, a lead II and a lead III, and the vertical rod is sequentially provided with a ground wire cross arm, a first cross arm, a second cross arm, a third cross arm and a fourth cross arm from top to bottom; the two ends of the first wire are connected to the first cross arm and the third cross arm in a hung mode through the fitting strings respectively. The two ends of the second wire and the two ends of the third wire are hung on the second cross arm and the fourth cross arm through fitting strings respectively. The first wire, the second wire and the third wire are distributed in a triangular shape in the three-dimensional space. Different wires pass through different cross arms in a staggered manner, so that the layer changing operation of the wires is completed; wherein the wires and the passing cross arms are supported through the fitting strings, and the requirement for the safe distance between the wires and the tower can be met by matching with the layout of the three wires.
