The invention relates to a method and system for controlling a door actuator. According to the method, a motor and a controller are independently powered, so that the controller is continuously powered on in the whole flight period, and signals from a locking sensor, a latch-up sensor, a wheel load sensor and a control panel door control switch can be received; therefore, an electromagnetic brake in the cabin door actuator can be electrified and unlocked after the door is closed and during flight, so that an output end lead screw enters a free stroke, and the cabin door actuator does not participate in pressurized bearing.
