The invention relates to a double-hearth shaft kiln, in particular to a feeding and gas exchange device for the double-hearth shaft kiln. A feeding elevator of the feeding device vertically throws materials to a feeding port of a top hopper, the top hopper is provided with two discharging ports connected with a first vibrating feeder and a second vibrating feeder respectively, the first vibrating feeder and the second vibrating feeder directly feed materials to a first rotary distributing hopper and a second rotary distributing hopper through a first chute and a second chute, and the first rotary distributing hopper and the second rotary distributing hopper feed materials to feeding ports in the tops of a first kiln chamber and a second kiln chamber. The top ends of two groups of inverted V-shaped waste gas pipelines of the gas exchange device are connected with a chimney, and the other two ends of each group of inverted V-shaped waste gas pipelines are respectively connected with two air/waste gas reversing valve plates and waste gas exhaust pipeline branch pipes of the same kiln chamber; the air side of the air/waste gas reversing valve plate is connected with an air pipeline, and the waste gas side is connected with a waste gas exhaust pipeline. A belt conveyor is removed, so that the charging process flow is simplified; the number of gas reversing devices and the number of waste gas pipelines are reduced, and arrangement of the waste gas pipelines and diffusion pipelines is simplified.
