Toughened ceramic-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a toughened ceramic-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: providing a porous carbon/carbon composite material and carrying out hydrophilic treatment to obtain a hydrophilic porous carbon/carbon composite material; soaking the hydrophilic porous carbon/carbon composite material in a fullerene aqueous solution, and performing high-temperature treatment to obtain a fullerene-compounded porous carbon/carbon composite material; with the zirconium carbide-silicon carbide composite ceramic precursor as a reactant, depositing a zirconium carbide-silicon carbide composite interface layer through a chemical vapor deposition method to obtain a carbon/carbon composite material with the zirconium carbide-silicon carbide composite interface layer; and reacting the zirconium carbide-silicon carbide composite ceramic precursor with a carbon/carbon composite material with a zirconium carbide-silicon carbide composite interface layer through an impregnation cracking method to prepare the toughened ceramic-based composite material. The toughness of the ceramic matrix can be remarkably improved, and the mechanical property of the composite material in a high-temperature aerobic environment is improved.
本发明涉及一种强韧化的陶瓷基复合材料及其制备方法。所述方法:提供多孔碳/碳复合材料并进行亲水化处理,得到亲水化多孔碳/碳复合材料;将亲水化多孔碳/碳复合材料在富勒烯水溶液中浸泡处理并经高温处理,得到复合有富勒烯的多孔碳/碳复合材料;以碳化锆‑碳化硅复合陶瓷前驱体为反应物,通过化学气相沉积法沉积碳化锆‑碳化硅复合界面层,得到具有碳化锆‑碳化硅复合界面层的碳/碳复合材料;通过浸渍裂解法将碳化锆‑碳化硅复合陶瓷前驱体与具有碳化锆‑碳化硅复合界面层的碳/碳复合材料反应,制得强韧化的陶瓷基复合材料。本发明可以显著改善陶瓷基体韧性,提升高温有氧环境下复合材料的力学性能。
