The invention provides silicon carbide ceramic as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: granulating, forming and sintering in sequence, wherein the powder adopted in the granulation process comprises silicon-carbon composite micro-nano particles, and the silicon-carbon composite micro-nano particles have any one or a combination of two of the following structures: (A) a carbon-coated silicon core-shell structure; and (B) a heterobonded silicon-carbon composite structure. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, a siliconizing step is not needed or reduced, the process and equipment are simplified, the product purity is effectively improved, free silicon in finished ceramic is reduced or eliminated, the high-temperature performance and the corrosion resistance of the product are further improved, the service life of the product is prolonged, and large-scale popularization and application are facilitated.
本发明提供一种碳化硅陶瓷及其制备方法与应用,所述制备方法包括依次进行的造粒、成型和烧结;其中,所述造粒过程中采用的粉体包括硅‑碳复合微纳颗粒,且所述硅‑碳复合微纳颗粒具有如下结构中的任意一种或两种的组合:(A)碳包覆硅的核壳结构;(B)异质结合的硅‑碳复合结构。本发明提供的制备方法无需或减少渗硅步骤,简化制程和设备,同时有效提升产品纯度,减少或消除成品陶瓷中游离硅的存在,进而改善产品的高温性能和抗腐蚀性能,延长产品使用寿命,有利于大规模推广应用。
