Emergency automatic gate opening equipment for a water conservancy gate comprises a water inlet, a water inlet pipe, a fall pipe, a draft tube, a water outlet, a water turbine, a shaft, a speed reducer and a clutch, the water inlet, the water inlet pipe, the fall pipe, the draft tube, the water outlet, the water turbine and the shaft are arranged in civil engineering structures on the two sides of the gate, the water inlet is formed in the upstream side, and the water outlet is formed in the downstream side. A water inlet is formed in the water inlet pipe, the water inlet pipe is connected with a fall pipe, the fall pipe is connected with a draft tube, and a water outlet is formed in the draft tube; a water turbine is arranged in the fall pipe, a shaft of the water turbine is connected with a speed reducer, the speed reducer is connected with a clutch, and the clutch is connected with a hoist; the elevation of the water inlet is higher than that of the water outlet; water flow enters the water inlet pipe and the fall pipe from the water inlet to drive the water turbine in the fall pipe to rotate, waste water is discharged from the draft tube water outlet, and shaft rotation torque of the water turbine is transmitted to the hoist through the speed reducer to drive the hoist to operate to open the gate.
