The invention relates to an alternating method for reinforced concrete support servo systems, which comprises the following specific steps of: firstly, loading a first concrete support servo system and a second concrete support servo system on the inner side of an excavated foundation pit, after the loading is completed and stabilized and before a third concrete support servo system is mounted, additionally mounting section steel on two sides of the first servo system, and then mounting the third concrete support servo system on the second servo system; the first concrete supporting servo system is dismantled, the dismantled servo system is directly used for the third concrete supporting servo system, the servo systems are circularly used in the working procedure, and after bottom plate pouring is completed and the design requirement conditions are met, the last concrete servo system is replaced, and the last concrete supporting servo system is dismantled. The method is applied to the construction stage of the deep foundation pit, so that the servo system can be recycled, the investment and the service cycle of the servo system are reduced, the cost is saved, the construction efficiency of the whole project is improved, and the project cost is reduced to the greatest extent.
本发明一种用于钢筋混凝土支撑伺服系统的轮换方法,具体步骤为:首先,在开挖好的基坑内侧进行首道和第二道混凝土支撑伺服系统加载,加载完成稳定后,第三道混凝土支撑伺服系统安装之前,在首道伺服系统两侧加装型钢,然后,拆除首道混凝土支撑伺服系统,拆除的伺服系统直接用于第三道,工序依此循环进行伺服系统循环使用,直至底板浇筑完成满足设计要求条件后,替换倒数第二道混凝土伺服系统和拆除最后一道支撑及伺服系统。本发明应用于深基坑施工阶段,使得伺服系统能循环利用,减少伺服系统的投入和使用周期,节省费用的同时,提升整个工程的施工效率,最大程度的降低工程成本。
