The invention provides an underground structure construction fissure water inrush blocking method which comprises the following blocking construction steps: S1, before underground structure construction, surveying and identifying potential fissures by using a geological radar technology so as to determine the accurate position and size of a fissure area and the physical properties of a soil body; s2, according to the depth and density of the fissure area surveyed in the early stage, matched soil-squeezing pile mechanical equipment is selected, and soil-squeezing pile construction is conducted in the fissure area; and S3, in the crack area, soil mass is injected layer by layer through a soil-squeezing pile construction machine, and the progress and the construction speed of the soil-squeezing pile are controlled. According to the method, the extrusion pile is adopted as a means for blocking gap water inrush, the construction parameters of the soil extrusion pile are adjusted according to early-stage survey data through the matched extrusion mechanical equipment, accurate extrusion and compaction of the soil body are achieved, a dense supporting layer is formed, the defect that a traditional method adapts to complex geological conditions is overcome, the bearing capacity of the soil body is improved, and the construction period is shortened. The stability of the whole underground structure is ensured, and potential cracks are effectively blocked.
