The invention discloses a tunnel deformation control method in the loading and unloading process above an existing subway tunnel, a supporting system adopted in the control method comprises a plurality of rows of isolation pile sets and a plurality of horizontal pipe roofs, and the two ends of each horizontal pipe roofing are connected with two first steel sleeves through end connecting structures correspondingly; the middle part of the horizontal pipe curtain is connected with the two second steel sleeves through a middle connecting structure; the control method comprises the following steps: 1, constructing a plurality of rows of isolation pile groups and a crown beam; 2, constructing a plurality of horizontal pipe roofs; thirdly, an end connecting structure is constructed; 4, backfilling the starting well foundation pit and the receiving well foundation pit; 5, constructing a middle connecting structure; and 6, constructing the to-be-built loading structure. The load borne by the ends of the horizontal pipe roofs can be transmitted to the side isolation piles through the end connecting structures, the jacking force, protruding upwards, of the middles of the horizontal pipe roofs can be transmitted to the middle isolation piles through the middle connecting structures, and deformation of the subway tunnel can be effectively controlled in the loading and unloading process above the existing subway tunnel.
本发明公开了一种既有地铁隧道上方加卸载过程隧道变形控制方法,该控制方法采用的支护体系包括多排隔离桩组和多个水平管幕,水平管幕的两端分别与两个第一钢套筒之间均通过端部连接结构连接,水平管幕的中部与两个第二钢套筒之间通过中部连接结构连接;该控制方法包括:一、施工多排隔离桩组和冠梁;二、施工多个水平管幕;三、施工端部连接结构;四、回填始发井基坑和接收井基坑;五、施工中部连接结构;六、施工待建加载结构。本发明利用端部连接结构能够将水平管幕的端部所承受的载荷传递至侧部隔离桩上,利用中部连接结构能够将水平管幕中部向上隆起的顶推力传递至中部隔离桩上,能够在既有地铁隧道上方加卸载过程中有效控制地铁隧道变形。
