Method for repairing concrete foundation of transformer substation
The invention discloses a repairing method for a concrete foundation of a transformer substation. The repairing method comprises the steps of trepanning, pile placement, pouring, protection and maintenance. A hole forming step: forming a repair hole in the crack of the concrete foundation of the transformer substation, wherein the size of the repair hole is greater than that of the crack; a pile placing step: firstly cleaning residues inside and around the repair hole, then inserting the pile rod into the repair hole, and positioning the pile rod, so that gaps are formed between the periphery of the pile rod and the inner side wall of the repair hole; pouring, wherein filling slurry is poured into the repairing hole, and the gap is fully filled with the filling slurry; protective cloth is laid on the upper portions of the repairing holes, and the space between the protective cloth and the concrete foundation and the space between the protective cloth and the pile rods are filled with filling slurry; and a maintenance step: maintaining the repaired position. The repairing method for the concrete foundation of the transformer substation is high in repairing speed, high in repairing strength and good in corrosion resistance.
