The invention discloses a mechanized subgrade groove soil cultivation device which comprises a collecting groove installed at the front end of a trolley and a forming structure arranged on the side face of the trolley, and a conveying belt for conveying soil to the side face is arranged at the bottom of the collecting groove. The forming structure comprises a forming groove formed in the side face of the trolley in a liftable mode, an arc-shaped plate arranged in the forming groove, and a lifting roller arranged in the forming groove and lifting in the forming groove, wherein the upper end of the arc-shaped plate is rotationally connected with the side plate. When the forming groove ascends and descends, under the action of the linkage mechanism, the arc-shaped plate is driven to swing synchronously, and the lifting roller ascends and descends synchronously. When the road shoulder is laid, soil is poured into the collecting tank through an excavator, the conveying belt at the bottom of the collecting tank continuously conveys the soil to the side face into the forming tank, the forming tank descends, and under the action of the linkage mechanism, the arc-shaped plate swings downwards, the lifting roller descends and extrudes the soil downwards, so that the road shoulder is formed in the forming tank, and the paving process is formed at a time; and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
