The invention discloses a building energy-saving assembly type steel structure building which comprises a plurality of stand columns arranged in a rectangular mode, the bottoms of the stand columns are rotationally connected with fixing bases, one sides of the stand columns are rotationally connected with arc-shaped inserting rods through pin shafts, and a plurality of inserting grooves corresponding to the arc-shaped inserting rods are formed in the fixing bases in a surrounding mode; the mounting method comprises the following steps that 1, the stand column is rotated, the direction of the stand column is adjusted, and then the stand column is fixed through the arc-shaped insertion rod; 2, the bearing plate and the connecting plate which are connected are hoisted and arranged at the top of the stand column, and a connecting block is inserted into the top of the stand column; and 3, a fastening rod penetrates through the connecting block, then the fastening rod is fixed through a locking mechanism, and installation of the steel structure building is achieved. Through the arrangement of the clamping connection mechanism, all components of the steel structure building can be rapidly connected and fixed, meanwhile, welding fixation can be avoided, the situation that welding points are corroded is effectively prevented, and therefore the connection stability of the steel structure building is effectively improved.
