The method comprises the steps that paying-off is conducted to form an outer side line, an inner side line and a plurality of node lines; wall columns are arranged in the node lines; outer side edge steel bars and inner side edge steel bars are arranged between every two adjacent wall columns, and installation spaces are defined by the outer side edge steel bars, the inner side edge steel bars and the two adjacent wall columns; covering the two surfaces of the insulation board with reinforcing meshes to form a net rack board; a plurality of net rack plates which are spliced in sequence are arranged in the mounting space; supporting rods are connected to the pushing resisting pieces on the two sides of the net rack plate correspondingly, and the supporting rod on one side penetrates through the outer side edge steel bar and extends to the outer side line; the supporting rod on the other side penetrates through the inner side edge reinforcing steel bar and extends to the inner side line; an outer formwork and an inner formwork are erected on the outer side line and the inner side line respectively to form a pouring space; the outer formwork and the inner formwork are locked through a plurality of screws; concrete is poured into the pouring space; and all the outer formworks and the inner formworks are removed and maintained, so that an integral structure is formed, and the heat preservation service life of the outer wall is prolonged.
