The invention discloses a ventilation device of a transformer substation cable trench, and belongs to the technical field of electric power installation engineering. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a barrel structure located outside is constructed through a flange and a segmented barrel shell, a positioning ring is arranged in a barrel, and an air barrel with through holes in the surface is installed on the positioning ring; the air duct serves as an air supply channel, and the conical ring and the tubular air outlet are formed in an inlet port and an outlet port of the air duct correspondingly and play a role in guiding airflow. The cones located at the two ends of the air duct are kept at the axis of the air duct and play a role in scattering airflow, and the blind holes in the surfaces of the cones are beneficial to reducing wind noise. The through holes in the surface of the air duct are combined with the filled sound-absorbing cotton, so that the sound attenuation effect can be further achieved. In addition, the wire box of the motor is kept outside the device, so that wiring and maintenance are facilitated; and the lifting appliance is arranged outside the barrel, so that the device can be conveniently lifted. The flow guide channel and the two-stage wind wheel can ensure a long air supply distance, the air speed is high, the flow is large, and the ventilation device is particularly suitable for ventilation of a cable trench of a transformer substation.
