The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, and particularly discloses an impervious asphalt waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof. The anti-seepage asphalt waterproof coiled material comprises a protective layer, a base layer and an isolating layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, modified asphalt layers are arranged on the two sides of the base layer, the modified asphalt layers are made of modified asphalt materials, and the modified asphalt materials comprise, by weight, 50-80 parts of asphalt; 10 to 15 parts of an SBS elastomer; 15 to 20 parts of naphthenic oil; 5 to 10 parts of ammonium polyphosphate; 2 to 6 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; 2 to 6 parts of polyamide polyepichlorohydrin resin; and 5 to 10 parts of dichloromethane. The modified asphalt material disclosed by the invention can be used for producing waterproof coiled materials, and has the advantage of good impermeability when being applied in a high-temperature humid environment.
