The invention discloses a preparation method of modified waterproof mortar, which comprises the following steps: selecting ordinary Portland cement (P.O 42.5) as a cementing material and 60-80-mesh machine-made quartz sand as an aggregate, and preparing ordinary waterproof mortar according to a mortar-sand ratio of 1: 2.5 and a water-cement ratio of 0.46. In terms of the mass of cement (the same below), 3% of silica fume, 5% of a calcium sulphoaluminate expanding agent and 0.5% of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent are selected as additives and are mixed in common waterproof mortar for use. 3% of vinyl acetate-ethylene redispersible latex powder and 6% of metakaolin are selected as modified materials, and the modified materials are mixed and added into the waterproof mortar using the admixture; 0.5% of a polysiloxane powder water repellent is selected to be added into the waterproof mortar for use, and the modified waterproof mortar is obtained. The modified waterproof mortar disclosed by the invention has good mechanical properties, the anti-permeability strength can reach 2.3 MPa at most and is improved by 130% compared with that before modification, and the water absorption rate is also reduced to 5.2% from 7.7% before modification.
本发明公开了一种改性防水砂浆的制备方法,包括选定普通硅酸盐水泥(P.O 42.5)为胶凝材料,60‑80目的机制石英砂为骨料,以胶砂比1:2.5,水灰比0.46制备普通防水砂浆。以水泥质量计(下同),选定3%的硅灰、5%的硫铝酸钙膨胀剂、0.5%的聚羧酸减水剂作外加剂,在普通防水砂浆中混合使用。选定3%的醋酸乙烯‑乙烯可再分散性乳胶粉,以及6%的偏高岭土作改性材料,混合添加至使用外加剂的防水砂浆;选定0.5%的聚硅氧烷粉末憎水剂在上述防水砂浆中添加使用,得到完成改性后的防水砂浆。本发明的一种改性防水砂浆在具有良好力学性能的同时,抗渗强度最高可达到2.3MPa,较改性前提高了130%,吸水率也从改性前的7.7%降低到了5.2%。
