The invention relates to a preparation method of a carbon anode for aluminum electrolysis, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a first antioxidant with petroleum coke, and calcining to obtain calcined coke; wherein the first antioxidant contains an element B, and the content of the element B in the added first antioxidant is 400-1200 ppm of the mass of the petroleum coke; uniformly mixing the calcined coke and coal pitch according to a mass ratio of (60-100): 15, and performing compression molding to obtain a carbon anode raw block; and after roasting the carbon anode green block, cooling to obtain a carbon anode finished product for aluminum electrolysis. The prepared carbon anode for aluminum electrolysis has relatively low air and CO2 reactivity and relatively low resistivity, and can better meet the requirements of the aluminum electrolysis process.
本发明涉及一种铝电解用炭阳极的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将第一抗氧化剂与石油焦混合均匀,煅烧后,获得煅后焦;其中,所述第一抗氧化剂含有元素B,所加入的第一抗氧化剂中元素B的含量为石油焦质量的400‑1200ppm;将所述煅后焦与煤沥青按60‑100:15的质量比混合均匀后,压制成型,获得炭阳极生块;对所述炭阳极生块进行焙烧后,冷却,获得铝电解用炭阳极成品。本发明制备的铝电解用炭阳极兼具较低的空气、CO2反应活性,同时其电阻率较低,可较好地满足铝电解过程的要求。
