The channel entrance is formed in the middle of the bridge deck structure; the folding guardrail can be arranged at the entrance of the channel in a covering manner; one end of the stairway extends into the bridge body and is communicated with the channel entrance, the other end of the stairway is used for being fixed to the road surface, and the stairway is located below the bridge deck structure. The channel entrance of the bridge emergency rescue evacuation channel is arranged in the middle of the bridge deck structure, so that the bridge emergency rescue evacuation channel does not occupy extra land in the transverse bridge direction, and the channel entrance can be in a closed state when the bridge emergency rescue evacuation channel is not used due to the arrangement of the folding guardrail.
