The invention relates to a spiral winding integrated pile end grouting device and a construction method. Two seamless steel pipes are adopted as grouting pipes, the two grouting pipes are bound and fixed to the inner side of a reinforcement cage through iron wires, top grouting openings extend to the upper portion of the top of the reinforcement cage, and the bottom ends of the grouting pipes are connected with a grouting bottom pipe and a spiral grouting pipe; the grouting bottom pipe is located at the bottommost end of the reinforcement cage and extends out of the reinforcement cage by a certain distance, and the two ends of the grouting bottom pipe are connected with the grouting pipe and the spiral grouting pipe correspondingly. Grouting holes which are distributed in a quincunx shape are evenly distributed in the spiral grouting pipe and the grouting bottom pipe, and the grouting holes are wrapped by annular rubber belts. The construction method is simple and easy to implement, pile bottom grouting and pile side grouting can be conducted, compared with a traditional grouting method, grout distribution is uniform, the grouting effect is good, pile side friction resistance can be improved while the pile end bearing capacity is effectively improved, the pile foundation bearing capacity is greatly improved, and under the same geological condition, the pile foundation bearing capacity is greatly improved. And the construction cost of the pile foundations can be reduced by optimizing the number and the length of the pile foundations.
本发明涉及一种螺旋缠绕一体式桩端注浆器及施工方法,注浆管采用无缝钢管,共设置两根,采用铁丝绑扎固定于钢筋笼内侧,顶端注浆口均伸至钢筋笼顶上部,底端分别与注浆底管、螺旋注浆管连接;注浆底管位于钢筋笼最底端并伸出钢筋笼有一定的距离,两端分别与注浆管、螺旋注浆管相连;螺旋注浆管及注浆底管上均匀分布有梅花形布置的注浆孔,注浆孔采用环形橡胶皮带包裹。本发明施工方法简单,易于实施,即能进行桩底注浆又可进行桩侧注浆,且较传统注浆方法浆液分布均匀,注浆效果好,在有效提升桩端承载力的同时又可提升桩侧摩阻力,大幅提升桩基承载能力,在同等地质条件下,可通过优化桩基数量及桩长大大降低桩基的施工成本。
