The invention relates to an operation method of an open caisson pressing sinking process, which adopts an assembly type bracket to be provided with a cross-core oil cylinder and a sinking assisting machine tool, and comprises the following steps of: firstly, adopting a cross-core oil cylinder for hoisting to replace a common cross-core oil cylinder for tensioning and anchoring, and adopting the cross-core oil cylinder for hoisting to be provided with a steel strand and an anchor plate combination to prevent the phenomenon of non-uniform stress in the operation of each steel strand; the anchor plate for clamping the steel noose is placed on the top of the center hole oil cylinder for hoisting, so that the anchor plate clamping piece can be conveniently replaced or returned when being accidentally damaged, clamped or jumped off. According to the invention, the defects existing in combined operation and use of a core-penetrating oil cylinder and a steel strand as well as an anchor plate and a fixed anchorage device in an existing open caisson pressure auxiliary sinking process can be improved and overcome.
本发明涉及一种沉井压沉工艺的操作方法,采用装配式牛腿配制穿心油缸及助沉机具,首先,采用起重用穿心油缸替代常用的张拉锚固用穿心油缸,采用起重用穿心油缸配置钢绞线与锚板组合,防止各股钢绞线运作中产生受力不均的现象;夹紧钢绞索的锚板置放在起重用穿心油缸的顶上,便于锚板夹片因意外损坏、卡死、或蹦脱时的重新更换或回位。本发明能改善和解决目前沉井压力助沉工艺采用穿心油缸与钢绞线、锚板与固定锚具组合操作使用上存在的弊端。
