The invention discloses a floating tunnel with live load balancing chambers, which is characterized in that the floating tunnel comprises a foundation, a tunnel pipe joint and a connecting device, the foundation is connected with the tunnel pipe joint through the connecting device, the tunnel pipe joint comprises a plurality of live load balancing chambers, and the live load balancing chambers are arranged along the length direction of the floating tunnel; the live load balancing chamber is provided with a hole communicated with an external water area, a compressed air pipeline is arranged in the live load balancing chamber, and the water volume in the live load balancing chamber is adjusted by adjusting the pressure of compressed air in the live load balancing chamber so as to dynamically balance the change of the live load borne by the floating tunnel. The method has the advantages that the resultant force of the floating tunnel where each live load balancing chamber is located in the vertical direction is zero by adjusting the water amount of each live load balancing chamber; and the foundation is low in construction cost, short in construction period and environment-friendly.
