The invention provides a construction operation machine safe operation control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining and analyzing the first motion feature data of a construction operation machine in a driving process, judging whether the machine runs stably or not, adjusting the driving state of the machine, and guaranteeing that the machine can run stably among different regions of a construction site; the image of the surrounding area of the machine in the operation process is also obtained and analyzed to obtain the object existence state of the surrounding area, so that whether the machine has an operation hindering event or not is judged, the operation state of the machine is adjusted, and accidents such as collision between the machine and the surrounding object in the operation process are avoided; second motion characteristic data of the machine in the operation process are obtained and analyzed, whether the gravity center unbalance event happens to the machine or not is judged, and therefore the motion state of the machine is adjusted, it is guaranteed that the machine is kept balanced all the time, the machine is prevented from rolling over accidents, motion detection and visual recognition are conducted on the machine, and then the running, operation and motion states of the machine are adjusted; and the operation safety of mechanical operation is ensured.
