The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a shaft component is prefabricated and conveyed to a designated construction area, the shaft component comprises a bottom shaft, a plurality of middle shafts and a sealing cover assembly, the bottom of the bottom shaft is sealed, and a water inlet pipe used for being connected with a heat supply pipeline is pre-buried in the side wall of the bottom shaft; s2, a well pit is excavated, and well bottom leveling construction is conducted; s3, the bottom shaft and the multiple middle shafts are hoisted in sequence, and the bottom shaft and the multiple middle shafts are spliced in an overlapped mode; s4, the water inlet pipe is connected with the heat supply pipeline through a pipeline; s5, installation of the sealing cover assembly is completed; s6, waterproof coiled materials are pasted on the outer side walls of all the shafts, and then polystyrene board protection layers are fixedly installed on the outer sides of the waterproof coiled materials; and S7, the well pit is backfilled, and construction is completed. According to the construction method, the construction efficiency of the drainage well is improved, and the overall construction progress can be remarkably improved especially for construction of field sections.
本发明公开了一种长输供热管路泄水井施工方法,包括如下步骤:S1:预制井筒部件,并运送至指定施工区域,井筒部件包括底部井筒、多个中部井筒和封盖组件,底部井筒的底部封口,且在底部井筒的侧壁上预埋有用于与供热管道连接的进水管;S2:开挖井坑,井底找平施工;S3:依次吊装底部井筒和多个中部井筒,其中,底部井筒和多个中部井筒之间通过叠合的方式进行拼装;S4:用管道完成进水管与供热管道的连接;S5:完成封盖组件的安装;S6:在各井筒的外侧壁上粘贴防水卷材,然后在防水卷材的外侧固定安装好聚苯板保护层;S7:回填井坑,施工完毕;该施工方法提高了泄水井的施工效率,尤其是野外地段的施工,可显著提高整体施工进度。
