本发明公开了一种可主动呼吸的屋面系统及施工方法,包括预埋在女儿墙内的排气进气管道,设置在屋面保温层中的排气连通管,排气连通管上间隔布置若干圆孔,并且在一定的间距内设置主动呼吸装置,在屋面保温找平层、防水层对应位置的主动呼吸装置设置接线空间;所有的主动呼吸装置和圆孔均通过排气连通管连通,且与女儿墙内的排气进气管道连通。采用一种太阳能主动排气装置,配合女儿墙内预留的排气管,对于正置式屋面主动排气,可取消屋面大面设置的排气管避免质量隐患。以及传统屋面排气孔老化破裂或者被人为破坏后,雨水容易通过排气孔进入屋面防水层以下,产生屋面内部存水,从而导致屋面起鼓渗漏的问题。符合绿色施工的理念。
