The clamping stability of the clamping assembly is guaranteed through the self-locking performance of the worm and gear assembly. The threaded screw assembly synchronously drives the clamping assemblies at the two ends of the threaded screw assembly to synchronously draw close to clamp and fix the formwork body, so that the center of the formwork body is located at the center of the base, positioning of the formwork body is conveniently achieved with the base as a reference, the displacement error of the formwork body is reduced, and the forming quality of a concrete structure is improved.
