The invention provides a construction method of a prefabricated wallboard, which comprises the following steps of: supporting the prefabricated wallboard on a base layer of a bottom floor slab by using a plurality of adjustable supports, and binding and fixing steel bars at the top of the prefabricated wallboard and steel bars of a top floor slab; pouring a floor layer of a bottom floor slab, and constructing a functional structure in the room; wherein the adjustable support comprises a U-shaped support, a first connecting rod and a base, and the U-shaped support is arranged on the first connecting rod; the first connecting rod is movably connected with the base so as to change the distance between the U-shaped support and the base. According to the construction method, traditional construction procedures are changed, the construction efficiency is improved, construction can be completed on schedule, project delivery can be achieved, construction can be carried out orderly, and the construction method has great significance in guaranteeing the construction quality; the adjustable support is simple in structure, flexible to adjust, easy to operate and suitable for popularization, production and application.
