And a grouting step, wherein repairing slurry is poured into the surface of the to-be-repaired concrete. And an electrifying step: turning on a power supply, enabling the anode and the cathode to conduct current through the repairing slurry, and gradually dehydrating the repairing slurry and repairing the microcracks on the surface of the concrete to be repaired along with the proceeding of the electrolytic reaction, the electrothermal reaction and the electroosmosis action. The repairing efficiency is high, and the repairing effect is good.
