The invention relates to the technical field of general configuration of stations or platforms in railway systems, in particular to an emergency management method of a lifting isolation safety system. According to the method, the sending time of the ascending instruction or the descending instruction of the lifting frame serves as the time reference, and the height position of the lifting frame at a certain moment is determined according to the corresponding relation between the time and the height in the ascending or descending process of the lifting frame, namely the calculated height. If the actual height position of the lifting frame deviates from the calculated height and exceeds a threshold range, the emergency driving mechanism is started to continuously push and lift the lifting frame to the highest position or continuously carry the lifting frame to the lowest position, so that emergency action can be automatically and quickly started when the lifting frame needs to be driven by the emergency driving mechanism; and the effects of timely playing an emergency role and smoothly connecting the lifting main driving mechanism to drive the lifting frame to lift are achieved.
