Method for removing sodium oxalate on surface of product aluminum hydroxide in aluminum oxide production
The invention discloses a method for removing sodium oxalate on the surface of aluminum hydroxide in aluminum oxide production, which comprises the following steps: (1) conveying aluminum hydroxide slurry to a cyclone group for coarse separation, returning overflow of the cyclone group to a decomposition tail tank, and feeding underflow slurry of the cyclone group into a flat plate filter; (2) the aluminum hydroxide particle underflow slurry enters a first area of a flat plate filter for liquid-solid separation, the separated aluminum hydroxide is washed with cold water when the flat plate filter rotates to a second area, and the aluminum hydroxide is washed with hot water when the flat plate filter rotates to a third area; and (3) conveying the washing liquor in the weak filtrate tank to a lime slaking machine for lime slaking, staying for 0.5 hour in the lime slaking machine for causticization reaction, and then entering a causticization tank to continuously complete causticization. The method is good in sodium oxalate removal effect, simple in process and low in cost.
本发明公开一种氧化铝生产中去除产品氢氧化铝表面草酸钠的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将氢氧化铝料浆输送到旋流器组进行选粗,旋流器组溢流返回分解末槽,旋流器组底流浆液进入平盘过滤机;(2)氢氧化铝颗粒底流浆液进入平盘过滤机第一区进行液固分离,平盘过滤机旋转到第二区时,用冷水对分离后的氢氧化铝进行洗涤,平盘过滤机旋转到第三区时,用热水洗涤;(3)弱滤液槽的洗液送到化灰机进行石灰消化,在化灰机内停留0.5小时进行苛化反应,然后再进入苛化槽继续完成苛化。本发明去除草酸钠的效果好,流程简单,成本低。
